Somatic Bodywork
Each session involves a combination of spoken communication, touch, and movement.We begin with a short conversation to explore what is present for you and where you’d like to focus, tracking sensations, breath, and awareness to understand how your emotions, thoughts and experiences are showing up in your body.On the table, through guided touch and energetic techniques, I move you through release, regulation, and realignment. Sometimes this process is gentle and restful, like a deep meditative state; other times, it may be dynamic and expressive, bringing emotional release and working with movement. Each session unfolds uniquely, flowing from what you need in the moment.Afterward, you’ll have time to rest and integrate before we reflect on your experience, helping you transition smoothly into your day. Ideally, it’s best to set aside a few hours afterward free of commitments, to allow yourself to rest and integrate.
Sessions are priced at 90€ each, with the first session lasting up to 90 minutes and ongoing sessions 60-75 minutes.
Craniosacral/Dynamic Expansion
Craniosacral is a non-invasive hands-on bodywork and inner listening awareness practice. Its aim is to encourage the vital and subtle movement of the Craniosacral system thus assisting the body’s natural capacity for self-repair and balance. "It does this by calming the nervous system and helping the body to subtly reorganize and recover a sense of flow and vitality that underlies health and wellbeing".This approach is rooted in stillness, deep presence, and the body’s inherent wisdom. Rather than working with pressure or manipulation, craniosacral touch is gentle and receptive—inviting the body to guide the session from within.Each session begins with a short conversation to tune into your current physical, emotional, and energetic landscape. You’ll then lie fully clothed on the table while I make light contact with areas such as the head, spine, sacrum, or feet, attuning to subtle rhythms, tensions, and pulsations in your system.As the session unfolds, your body may begin to release long-held tension, unwind protective patterns, or enter into states of deep rest and spacious awareness.This process can gently support:
• Regulation of the nervous system
• Relief from physical or emotional stress
• Integration of trauma or overwhelm
• A deepened sense of inner connection and wholenessThough often quiet and subtle, the effects of craniosacral work can be profound—restoring fluidity, presence, and a felt sense of being held from within.

Psychedelic Bodywork
For those called to work with psychedelic medicine, I offer psychedelic-assisted bodywork—a carefully held space for enhancing the somatic bodywork session through altered states. This approach includes an initial consultation, and ideally one or two regular somatic sessions beforehand to establish trust and familiarity.Before the psychedelic experience, we set an intention and examine the emotions and sensations present in the body. During our work together, I offer presence, touch, and guidance to support your body’s unfolding process. Afterward, you will have space for integration, where I help you ground insights and support your emotional and energetic alignment.I offer this work at retreats and festivals.
